1. Short version
This website does not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking cookies. We only store what is strictly necessary for the site to work, so we do not ask for cookie consent. This policy explains what we store and why, as required by Law 506/2004 and the GDPR.
2. What cookies and local storage are
Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser. „Local storage” is a similar browser feature that keeps a small piece of information on your device. Both are covered by the same rules (Article 4 of Law 506/2004; Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive).
3. What we use
| Name | Type | Who | Purpose | Duration | Consent |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
iacobici-age-ok |
Local storage | Iacobici Winery (first party) | Remembers that you confirmed you are 18 or older, so the age check is not shown on every page. The value stays on your device and is not sent to us. | Until you clear your browser data | Not required, strictly necessary for the service you request |
wordpress_logged_in_*, wordpress_sec_* |
Cookie | Iacobici Winery | Keep site administrators logged in. Set only for people who log in to the admin area. | Session / up to 14 days („Remember me”) | Not required, strictly necessary |
wordpress_test_cookie |
Cookie | Iacobici Winery | Checks that the browser accepts cookies on the admin login page. | Session | Not required, strictly necessary |
wp-settings-, wp-settings-time- |
Cookie | Iacobici Winery | Remember administrators’ dashboard layout preferences. Logged-in administrators only. | 1 year | Not required, strictly necessary for the admin interface |
Visitors who do not log in receive no cookies from us; only the age-confirmation entry in local storage.
4. Fonts and third parties
Our fonts are hosted on our own server. We do not load content from Google Fonts, social networks, video platforms or advertising networks, so no third party sets cookies or receives your IP address through our pages.
5. How to control or delete
You can clear cookies and local storage at any time in your browser settings (e.g. „Clear browsing data” / „Site data”). If you delete the age-confirmation entry, the age check will be shown again on your next visit.
6. Changes and contact
If we ever add non-essential cookies we will ask for your consent first and update this page. Questions: contact@iacobici.com. See also our Privacy Policy.
