There are places where the land remembers not only the seasons, but the hands of those who worked it.
The hill
More than a crop.
On these hills, the vine is not simply a crop. It is a red thread that binds generations, debts and destinies together.
Our story did not begin in a boardroom. It began in courtyards and on slopes like these, with people who asked little of the land and gave it everything they had: their work, their patience, their stubbornness.
They planted, they waited, they rebuilt when they had to. Some of them we knew. Many more we only know through what they left behind: a house, a hill, a way of standing up straight.
What we inherited
We did not inherit castles. We inherited character.
Three chapters
One story, told in three editions.
Each edition is a chapter. Together they bring the wine, and the people, back to Godinești.
- 2025Founder’s EditionThe first step. Made across the border in Mehedinți, because Gorj has no winery yet that could make it to our standard. It builds our cellar.
- 2027Keystone EditionThe stone that holds the arch. The first wine made in our own cellar in Godinești, from grapes we buy while our vines grow.
- 2029Homecoming EditionThe return. The wine comes home, to the winery the first two editions will have built.

We are only the current link in the chain. The family vineyard needs to be replanted, and the Founder’s Edition is how we begin.
